Bachelor of International Relations (3 Year Program)

The Bachelor of International Relations at Bond University is a comprehensive programme designed for students interested in understanding global political dynamics, international affairs, and the complexities of global governance. This three-year programme focuses on developing critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of political, economic, and social issues that shape our world. Students will explore various topics including international law, diplomacy, security studies, and globalisation, providing them with a solid foundation for their future careers.

The programme is structured over six semesters, with each semester comprising a selection of units of study that accumulate to a total of credit points necessary for graduation. Students will participate in a capstone project that allows them to apply their learning in a real-world context. Additionally, work-integrated learning opportunities may be available, enabling students to gain practical experience through internships or placements in relevant organisations, which is crucial for developing professional skills.

Throughout the course, students will enhance their communication, research, and teamwork abilities, making them well-equipped to navigate the complexities of domestic and international settings. This programme is particularly suited for those who aspire to pursue careers in government, non-profit organisations, international agencies, and private sectors that operate in the realm of international relations and political science.
